"Great Place to Live"
Its is a owner live in building execpt for one unit. Strong Strata who is dealing with problems from previous councils who did nothing. Great Place to live great people as well. Please be warned that when you make a choice to live in an apartment you are buying into a life style you cannot just pay your strata fee and walk away. The strata needs your help to keep cost down. Vollenteer to help and you will get to know your home better.
