Beware of this development!! Terrible property management company HOMELIFE GLENAYRE!! Terrible building managers who associate and rent to criminals drug dealers and undesirable people. I think they get a kick back$$$ . Security is a joke they are too busy letting prostitutes in for their benefit. Good luck. New investors you think you got a deal!! What you got was a get to in a bag.. Lol

Buyer beware---- the so called positive comments, sound far too ''set in stone'' to be actually written by an owner. They have to write positive comments to DEFLECT away from the actual negative happenings occurring within the confines of the building period !! Iy you have $$cash$$ to burn- SO TAKE YOUR $$ elsewhere where the bldg. is in a RESPECTABLE AREA, just saying..... Easy to get into ANY bldg. but ever so difficult to $$cash out$$, considering the high percentage of undesirables under this complex roof.

Apparently I commented on the wrong building. I have lived here for almost two years the first 6 months were ok but since then this building has gone down like a sinking ship! The resident caretakers are awesome and try very hard to keep it clean but the riff-raff that come and go throw garbage, slurpees, ciggarette butts etc. all over the building. Ride their muddy bikes up and down the hallways, smoke so much pot it's all you can smell when you come home from work, we couldn't even have our windows open during the summer because our whole condo would stink like dope. As far as security goes...where are they?? I have watched a guy doing drive-thru drug deals outside my window 6-7 times a dayf for the last 3 months. I've had someone throw used battery acid all over my car in the middle of the night. Things stolen off my deck, cigarette butts all over my patio and people beating the hell out of each other in the hallways. Now to top it all off there are people with tin foil adorned windows living in the building and all their scuzzy friends trying to sneak into the building when I am leaving and coming home from work!! Two this morning alone...and Hell No I didn't let them in. This place is dressed up as safe and family oriented but all it has become is low income housing with a higher rent. I would not recomment living here unless you own a gun! But if you don't...I'm sure you could borrow one from your neighbour. By the way....MOVING FAR AWAY FROM HERE!

oh by the way low income housing is way better run than the stuff i am reading about these places. At least low income needs criminal record checks done, verification of income, references etc. ps. there are to many good families & people that cannot afford better and have to wait to get low income housing for some security so they end up in places like these. And final note any good manager & management call cops as well as stand behind their tenants that do stand up to these issues.
