"The Devonshire"
Even the smallest suites are large by today's standards, everyone who visited commented on how beautiful it was. It was leaky, but the owner's paid to repair the problems in 2006. If you are considering a purchase in this building, you should ask for minutes of the last 10 years. Pay special attention to the minutes between 2006 and now to see if the issue has been resolved or if it is being revisited again.
