Stephanie Place at 33731 Marshall Road is a gorgeous Central Abbotsford complex.  The University of the Fraser Valley, Towne Cinema Theatre, McCallum Medical Tower and access to Highway #1 are all just a minute away from this desirable building. Stephanie Place features large and open floor plans with plenty of windows for natual light.  South facing units have a fantastic unobstructed view of Mt. Baker.

"33731 Marshall Rd"

I don't think that people give this building its due. It is always neat and tidy and is in an excellent location for getting anywhere you need from doctor's offices to hospitals to groceries and banks. The bus is door to door. I loved living here. It has a mixed population from young newly weds to older retirees. The only drawback for newlyweds is that no children are allowed.
