"Worst Strata Ever!"

I took a huge loss on my unit in this nightmare. I have never had a strata so strict and arrogant. They rule for themselves and show no compassion. They won't compromise and if they don't like you they will force you into wanting to do anything to sell. Most of the dinosaurs there plan to die there so they could care less about effecting the resale value. Stay clear .
