" well managed building"

Unfortunately there is one renter who got in before the bylaws-he lives below my condo and has 'issues'-I am quiet, but he constantly complains and expects all to cater to his demands because of health issues. The council nor the management company has been unable to correct this situation and I feel forced to leave. The Strata Act, although assisted in many areas, is not strong enough to get rid of troubling situations such as this man. WARNING re such problems. However, no matter where you live, you could have problems, but when the problem is directly below you and slams doors and bangs on the door frames for any noise he hears-or THINKS he hears, is more than I can stand, so am moving.
