"best Condo building in
town"
Clean, safe 45+ building. Pets allowed. Underground parking, secure storage lockers, bike rack and loads of Visitor parking. Guest suite, gas is included in strata fees. Walk to IGA, Groomer, Vet, coffee/video shop. On a Bus route. Walk to downtown. BBQ's allowed and a place to wash your car outside. What more could you possibly want??
