ABSOLUTELY ''NO"" soundproofing between walls...busy body council members-listening outside of owners doors..council members NOT voted in by owners, but rather appointed by friends in building- not in accordance with strata council act...Definitely buyer beware in any building....exterior 1/10 in appearance..built in 1977, bldg is NOT re plumbed.
