"Wonderful building in a
great location"

I've lived on the fifth floor of this building for six years at this point, and as long as I live in Kamloops I hope to remain here. The building is well-managed by an off-site management company in town, if any issues arise with one of the elevators or other maintenance concerns come up they are dealt with promptly. A FOB is needed to get into the building and is needed once more to utilize the elevator to go up or down, and the stairs doors require a key to exit from the stairway onto floors with apartments on them, so the building feels very secure. There is underground heated parking and the area can't be beaten. Although these are newer apartments and can often be on the smaller side, the huge amount of natural light due to large windows, and the high ceilings make the units bright and pleasant. And I can't think of a single better location in town, you're a two-minute walk from grocery stores, liquor stores, pubs and bars, restaurants, the library, banks, anything you could want!
