"First Class Condo Living"

We've lived Park Place for a year and a half now and figure it has to be the best place to live in Kamloops. Amenities include indoor pool, hot tub, Fully equipped exercise room, amenities room (with large TV, pool table, leather furniture, food prep area), outdoor patio (with furniture and large barbecue), sauna, underground parking with car wash area, storage, plus separate bicycle storage. On top of all this, how many condo developments have a wine making room and a fully equipped wood working shop? All units have built in air conditioning/heating units as well as a gas fireplace. On top of all this, there is an active Social Committee that organize various events in the amenities room, throughout the year. Just a short walk to downtown, restaurants, live theatre, tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields....what more could you wish for? This is condo living at its best.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on November 2 2013: Im soon to be retiring and I agree with all that Lord Revelstoke says about Park Place however I need a space to restore a old pickup that I have owned for years. and am having trouble finding such a condo with this amenities. unregistered user on February 4 2016: Where is the wine making room? unregistered user on February 21 2016: We have a wine making room in the basement of one of the condo buildings....wine making room in one building, woodwork shop in the other.
