"Clean and Well managed"

The building is clean, quiet and well managed. There are a number of owner-occupied suites and the strata is working hard to upgrade and improve the building and grounds. There is currently a new roof being installed on one wing of the building and other wing was redone a few years ago. The area is improving and there are several new developments in the area. The building is with walking distance to schools, shopping, the River Trail, McArthur Park with sports fields and a golf-plex.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on November 23 2014: I would say about 15% of this building is infested with bedbugs and nothing is being done. unregistered user on March 25 2018: When rentals are allowed with used furniture then bedbug is certain. Old building but looks decent architecture from outside. unregistered user on April 6 2018: this building is actually gross to walk through the hallways. It stinks to the point of making your eyes water! The suites are lovely... something needs to be done about the stench though. Seriously. Write a comment about this review Enter image text:
