Aspen Creek at 33478 Roberts Avenue is located on a quiet street just off of South Fraser Way in Central Abbostford.  Greek Islands, Panago and Dogwood Bowling are all right down the street.  Plenty of windows allow for lots of natural light.  Top floor units also enjoy gorgeous vaulted ceilings. Aspen Creeak features an exercise room, recreation room, lounge and guest suite. This well managed building has been completely retrofitted.

"Hidden Gem"

This complex is very well run and has an active, hard working Strata team. The building itself is solid, and is super quiet. If you can get a unit facing the back, it is a little piece of heaven in the middle of the city. The complex backs on to a protected Ravine/green space and is beautiful year round, super quiet and overall peaceful... You can still walk to great local restaurants, diners, Mill Lake, and SevenOaks Shopping Centre. The Downtown Core is a couple blocks away - lots of events and festivals throughout the year. Renters are capped at 5 units and residents are very respectful of their neighbors. Lots of professionals, retirees and young couples. If you get the chance to purchase a unit here, you will be pleasantly surprised!

"Aspen Creek - Hidden &
Quiet but still downtown"

Great Quite Location! Hidden from the hussle and bustle of the 'old' part of downtown Abbotsford. Backs on to beautiful protected Ravine - make sure you get the good side!
