"Long time owner"

I too am a long time resident here - since 1987. I agree with everything the above poster said. This is a terrific building with a conscientious staff who does excellent job maintaining building, a good board, mostly young residents now. I was young when I moved in and am now one of the older people, but it is still a great place to live. Quiet, yet steps from Sunset.

"Nice building, Great
Location !"

I have owned a unit in this building for 15 years. The building has a wonderful location above from the sunset strip so it is quiet and yet very central so you have the sense of being in the middle of everything yet away from the noise. The building is incredibly well maintained. It has a full time staff of three - an office manager, maintenance person and janitor. All have been there for at least six years so there is continuity and a high service level. If anything it is possible the building is over maintained ( The lobby has been redone 3 time in the past 15 years ). Overall I would say this is a great building to live in. The only downside ( and this applies to most of West Hollywood ) is a lack of street parking for guests. With this said the building does have ten assisgned guest parking spots.
