"Great place to live"

Nice quiet friendly building with few renters (renting not allowed for new buyers). Not a fancy building, but will built and well maintained. The neighbourhood is gradually improving and there have been fewer security problems in recent years. Bylaws are reasonable but enforced. Read before buying. Exterior has no stucco, so no "leaky condo" worries but roof had a couple problems before work was done in 2006-2007. Roofing company says roof is still in good shape.
