"Disgusting!"

I would not suggest these apartments to anyone. The buildings are in disrepair and the management is nearly unreachable for any complaint. They claim to be a "family friendly" complex but there is not any safe place for children to play. The gardening is never maintained within reason and the side walks are generally not accessible due to overgrown foliage. The water is more often than not tuned off without notice due to the pipes being in major need of repairs as well as the elevators needing replacement however the strata refuses to do so. I would assume that any manager on duty is not complying with their job description and should be reviewed if they are even capable of the position. I have had numerous friends who have lived there and I myself would NEVER have put up with the grief they have had to deal with being a tenant. If over priced patch worked, poorly maintained homes are your forte then this however is your place.
