"Okay building - annoying
staff members"

Pros - internally the building is quite quiet. You don't hear noises overhead or below. The views are from the upper floors. Cons - inadequate # of elevators - liveable if annoying. Biggest annoyance: management. There is a young man in the management office whom I din't quite like in the beginning until I saw wha he had to deal with! We have a maintenance man whom I witnessed ranting and raving about some committed infraction by a tenant that had absolutely no effect on his duties or performance thereof. We have a building manager whom seems to know very little and constantly refers to the male receptionist for the regarding the most mundane minutiae about condo rules and regs. But watch out, if sees tou loitering outside her window you're in for it. If you get on her bad side, she'll take time out of her "busy" day to roam the hallway outside your door to ensure nothing untoward is occuring! There appears to be a lot of older tenants in the building who have very little to do. One old lady was complained to me that she waited fifteen minutes for an elevator from the laundry room to her apartment; however, within a two period I saw her on the elevator FIVE times (I hasten to add that this was a very unusual and urgent occurance for me!). But they're generally nice if a little idiosycratic.
