i've been living here since august 2009, and have been renting from a friend. looking at their advertised prices outside, it's definitely a cheap price for the area, and the place itself looks nice. now to the review. it is cheap, but i believe the materials used to build the place is also cheap. it's just an accumulation of small things. - hallway bathroom toilet was made with the wrong type of tubing, and we had to pay a plumber to fix this out of pocket as it was constantly running. - there was a piece of plastic in the shower tubing, which caused constant clogging until we had a plumber remove this. - the bathroom door in the master bedroom cannot open all the way as it wasn't installed correctly and keeps getting caught halfway. - the management is not very professional, and can be hard to deal with at times. (i was trying to explain a situation, but he cut me off claiming that i was lying, and asked why i would lie to him). overall, if the cost to fix it up is still lower than other condos in the area, it might be worthwhile to buy. but try getting these problems fixed before striking a deal.
